In addition to the online system of consular services for the Indonesian nationals, the Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia in Dubai is enforcing a new online system on Labour Affairs Services especially for the processing of labour contracts and job order attestation.

The system provides facility for Recruiting Agencies to accomplish initial registration at the Consulate as a pre condition that then enables them to submit their application on line, both for job order and labour contract attestation. The agencies will also have an access to check their application status whether it is approved, suspended or rejected. However, this online application service shall not retrieve the obligation of the agencies to submit hard copy of documents as yet required before the enforcement of this online application.

The pertinence of this new online system includes as well the facility for concerned authorities to ensure authenticity of the attestation done by the Indonesian Consulate. Each valid attested document is furnished by an approval code in order to descry any fraud.

عبر هذا الموقع يتمكن مكاتب الاسقدام تسجيل شركاتهم والحصول على رقم قيودهم بالقنصلية وذلك كالاجراء المبدئي لتقديم طلب توثيق أوراقهم بالقنصلية سواء كان لعقد العمل أو للأوراق لطلب استقدام العمال الاندونيسيين. كما يمكن للمكاتب أيضا متابعة حالة طلباتهم الجارية في القنصلية من حيث موافقتها أو ردّها أو توقّفها. وجدير بالذكر أن بدخول خدمة الأونلاين حيز التنفيذ لن يعني عدم وجوب تقديم النسخة الأصلية المشترط في الإجراء المفعول سابقا.

ومن الآليات هذا النظام الأونلاين أيضا أنه يتسنى للجهات المعنية عمل التدقيق على الأوراق الموثقة من قبل القنصلية حيث أن كل المعاملة التي تم توثيقها يكون لها رمز الموافقة يؤكد على صحتها.
